100% refunds are available prior to letter signature. Refunds are not available once letter has been sent. 

Delivery policy

• Please check your email for link.Your letter will be prepared within 3 business days of completing worksheet.

• Your letter will be mailed via USPS to the company your requested within 3 business days of signature.
