Educational Video Courses
Access: Immediately after your payment is confirmed, you will gain access to the educational video courses. An email confirmation containing access details will be sent to the email address you provided during the checkout process.
Course Availability: Our courses are accessible online 24/7, ensuring you can learn at your own pace and convenience.
Complimentary Letter Preparation Service
Letter Preparation: Within 3 business days of completing the required worksheet, we will prepare a letter to address your deactivation issue. This letter will be sent to you for digital signature.
Delivery: Once you provide your electronic signature, we will mail the letter on your behalf to the company of your choice via USPS First Class Mail within 3 business days.
Digital Copy: You will receive a digital copy of the letter for your records.

Refund and Cancellation Policy
Refunds: 100% refunds are available prior to the digital signature of the letter. Unfortunately, refunds cannot be processed once the letter has been sent.
Cancellations: You may cancel your purchase within 24 hours of payment. To cancel, please contact our customer support team.
